Located inside Holiday Hills Resort in Eddyville, Stoval Springs Cafe & Coffee is a relaxed lakeside café serving handcrafted coffee, specialty lattes, coffee flights, fresh pizza, desserts, and homemade fudge just minutes from Lake Barkley.
Coffee in the morning. Pizza after the lake. Dock up or drive in, we’re open to the public and ready when you are.

Stoval Springs Cafe & Coffee began on April 6, 2024, with a simple dream — to create a welcoming lakeside café where locals and visitors could gather, relax, and enjoy great food and drinks.
Stoval Springs is proudly led by Danielle, whose leadership, kindness, and strong work ethic inspire our team every day. She leads by example and sets the tone for a culture built on integrity, heart, and service.
